Welcome to my first real attempt at a web site.

Surprisingly enough, I've only been brewing my own beer for a couple of years. Although it seems much longer than that to me.

It all began with a work mate who's also an avid home brewer. He used to bring samples of his efforts to work for his mates to try in the lunch break. Some were excellent. Some tasted like he'd bottled his wife's wash up water by mistake.*burrrrrrrrp* pardon me. :-) But such are the joys of brewing ones own beer. The successes and failures in the quest for that all illusive perfect brew. You will remember to write down the recipe and send it to me if and when it happens won't you ??? :-)
